Driver App Policies

1. Payouts and Withdrawal Policy

Drivers will receive their cleared earnings automatically every Sunday via transfer to their registered bank account. This is processed without the need for manual withdrawal requests, and no fees apply to this weekly automatic payout.

However, if a driver chooses to request an early or manual withdrawal outside the weekly cycle, a 5% transaction fee will be applied to the withdrawn amount. To avoid this fee, drivers are advised to wait for the regular Sunday payout. No refunds will be issued for manually requested withdrawals once the transaction is processed.

2. Payment Processing Policy

1. Standard Payment Schedule

All client payments are processed every Sunday as part of our regular payment cycle. This service is included at no additional charge.

2. Requests for Off-Cycle Payments

If a client requests payment on any day other than Sunday, the request requires additional administrative work, manual system handling, and staff time.

3. Service Fee for Off-Cycle Payments

Due to the extra operational effort required, an additional service fee of 5% will be applied to the total payment amount for any off-cycle payment request.

4. Purpose of the Fee

This fee is not related to the timing of the payment itself. It is solely intended to cover the extra labor, system processing, and operational costs associated with handling payments outside the standard schedule.
