How do I approve a new driver?

Navigate to the "Documents" section in the sidebar. You can review pending document submissions for each driver. Once all documents are verified, you can approve the driver from their detail page.

Why can't I see live trips?

Live trips are visible in the "Trips" section. If no trips are showing, ensure that there are active bookings in the system. If you believe this is a technical error, try refreshing the dashboard.

How do I manage payouts?

The "Withdrawals" section allows you to track and manage driver payout requests. Payouts are typically processed automatically on Sundays as per our policy.

Can I update the Privacy Policy or terms?

Currently, these documents are managed by the technical team. Please contact email support if updates are required to legal documents on the platform.
